PRIVACY POLICY

Version 1.1

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Doppler AI, Inc. (“Doppler,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI-native data layer and workflow platform for private credit investment firms. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit doppleragents.com, communicate with us, or use our platform.

This policy covers personal information for which Doppler is the controller, meaning we decide how and why it is used. Where a customer uploads content into the platform and that content contains personal information, Doppler acts as a processor on that customer’s behalf and handles it only on their instructions, as described in the Usage Policy. If your information appears in a customer’s content, contact that organization directly to exercise a right over it.

1. Information We Collect

You provide: name, business email, phone number, employer and job title; account credentials, role and permissions; billing contact and address, with payment details processed by our payment processor and not stored by us in full; and the content of your emails, support requests and demo requests.

We collect automatically: IP address, browser and device information, operating system, time zone and language; pages viewed, referring URL, links clicked and session duration; and platform telemetry such as request volumes, features used, latency and error rates.

We receive from third parties: business contact data from providers of professional information, used for sales prospecting and account research; data from systems a customer connects, limited to what the customer authorizes; and information from our analytics and security providers.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to provide, operate, secure and support the website and the platform; create and administer accounts and authenticate users; process payments and manage billing; respond to inquiries and provide support; send marketing and product communications where permitted, from which you may unsubscribe at any time; conduct business-to-business sales outreach; analyze usage in order to improve and troubleshoot the platform; detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use personal information contained in a customer’s uploaded content to train artificial intelligence models. The Usage Policy states this commitment in full and applies it to our model providers.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on performance of a contract, to provide the platform and administer accounts; legitimate interests, to secure and improve our services, conduct business-to-business marketing and prevent fraud; consent, for certain cookies and marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time; and legal obligation.

4. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share it with service providers and subprocessors who help us deliver the service, including hosting, storage, model providers, monitoring, analytics, communications, payment processing and support, each of whom may use it only to perform services for us and is bound by written confidentiality and data protection obligations; with integrations a customer enables; with professional advisors under duties of confidentiality; with authorities where required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, property or safety; and with a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

Where we receive a legal demand for a customer’s content, we will notify the customer unless prohibited from doing so.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, to remember preferences, and to measure and understand traffic. [We use [analytics provider] for website analytics.] Where required by law we will ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide the service, comply with legal, tax and audit obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Retention for customer content, outputs, usage data and logs is set out in the Usage Policy. Account and contact information is retained for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by law.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, logging, personnel confidentiality obligations and training, and a documented incident response process. Our security program and current certification status are described in the Usage Policy. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

8. International Transfers

Doppler is based in the United States and processes information there. If you are located elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on [the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses] or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing including direct marketing, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

To exercise a right, email admin@doppleragents.com. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If your information is contained in content uploaded by one of our customers, direct your request to that organization.

10. United States State Privacy Notice
